The paper considers the problem of renewability of the contemporary UK parliamentary elite in terms of the House of Commons' openness for the representatives of discriminated groups such as women, racial and ethnic minorities, etc. The dynamics of the British parliamentary elite renovation enables to measure the degree of minorities integration in political decision-making.
