Recently there have been some significant changes in Chinese economy; so many experts say that this is the end of the «Era of cheap Chinese goods» due to increased cost of labor. Therefore, in this article authors attempt to analyze changes in the Chinese economy. The main purpose of the article is to determine how the division of labor in the Asia-Pacific region may change due to the shifts in the Chinese economy.
