Abstract

The article adresses the concept of separatism and its meanings, focusing on the relationship between separatism, secessionism, autonomism and euroregionalism. Contrasts between autonomism and separatism (secessionism) are particularly emphasized as well as similarities and differences between separatism and a new postmodern regionalism.
