The acceptance or rejection of the Western liberal-democratic agenda and its cultural characteristics have formed a new division line in the modern world. At the same time, liberal democratic model in its Western interpretation is a form that masks Western military-political, economic and technological hegemony. With the relative weakening of Western positions in military-political and economic sphere, Western socio-political model is becoming less attractive, and the formula linking welfare and wealth with liberal democracy is questioned by a growing number of states and civilizations. The Western countries themselves witness the crisis of traditional liberal democracy and are looking for new, sometimes radical forms of the organization of society.
