The article observes one facet of Germany’s communication strategy on the problem of separatism in the context of Ukrainian crisis. The Germany’s point of view, as that of other countries drawn into this conflict, is aп expression of the policy of interest. At the same time, Germany has certain peculiarities due to its own historical experience and a large Russian-speaking diaspora.
