The article examines the prerequisites for the formation of the Polish Three Seas Initiative and its main elements in the context of a possible US reaction to this project. The basic principles of D. Trump's policy regarding the region of Central and Eastern Europe and its possible embodiment in concrete political steps are analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that the most likely scenario of favorable-neutral attitude of the US to Three Seas Initiative probably does not lead to its full implementation, but enables the Initiative for further development.
