Author focuses on the terrorist activity in Italy and the communication strategies of Italian terrorist organizations. The influence of the terrorist propaganda, use of the terrorist act as a communication means and other mechanisms of communication on public opinion in the country are analyzed. The communication strategies of Italian law enforcement agencies in the counter-terrorist struggle are also researched.
