Serious changes in climate and weather are observed in Europe for a few years. The author tries to connect this phenomenon with activities of the countries who are the most agressive in production and its transfer to the territories of less developed countries. In the XXI century the most overloaded happens to be China, which took on itself the major part of the world production. Besides natural and technogenious catastrophes, irreversible changes in the Polar Ocean and Golf Stream flow may cause changes of climate and influence territorial distribution of population on the planet.
