Comparative analysis is made of reasons and consequences of three incidents at the nuclear power stations – Three Miles, Chernobyl and Fukushima. Project mistakes at Fukushima nuclear station are discussed to show the level of developers and complexity of problem. Exchange of project and exploitation experience, exchange of operational information and new ideas, concerning safety of nuclear plants, become actual.
