Russia and Europe under the terms of crisis: twilight of innovation economy

Abstract

Analysis of economic, political and philosophic aspects of current innovation process is made together with some excursus into scientific schools of monetarism, liberalism and theory of John Keynes. The concept of global financial elite negative influence on capitalism as a system of economic relations is being grounded. Reasons of innovation policy failure in Europe and Russia are presented.
