The Intellectual Capital management attracts more and more attention in up to date Europe. It is underlined that though initial speculations over different aspects of the latter date back to the large industrial production transition period, it is only the recent decades when the problem was conceptualized. The focus is concentrated on the fact that nowadays the Intellectual Capital management serves not only as a subject of various theoretical approaches but of practical application in the region as well. It is expected to improve the competitiveness in Europe.
