Different views of American and European financial analysts are covered` within the frames of developing world financial crisis. Market knows better – the formula of US stock exchange officers is criticized by European state officials who demand permanent state control of financial markets. Losses of European сountries industries are described. Time limits of the crisis as well as different scenarios of the ways out of it are assessed. Positions of European leaders on the problem of the market regulation are observed with the focus on different approaches of UK and continental states. An attempt is made to foresee positions of Europe after crisis period.
