The model of technological tenor proposed by S. Glazyev including contradictions which led to the crisis is criticized. Historical chain is being built which formed the world oligarchic elite, which was born in UK and later strengthened by the United States. The deadlock of the way of development chosen by Europe and controlled by financial speculators is shown.
