Using capabilities of developed concept – physical economy (physical kinetics of market and sociophysics) the complex method is proposed to solve three most important problems: elimination of poverty, decreasing of revenues inequality (funds ratios) and increasing growth rates. Revealed in the results of studies the nature of economic growth and the main law of market evolution, leading to growth of poverty, evolution stable strategy is found – efficient in accordance with definite criterions development strategy, coordinating all the these three problems.
