Flexible integration in the framework of the EU Economic and Monetary Union

Abstract

The author considers the possibilities of using flexibility in the Economic and Monetary Union framework. There are indicated the different types of flexible integration using in the EMU and the nature of its application. Author also analyzed the reasons of non-participation of the United Kingdom, Denmark and Sweden in euro zone.
