The review analyzes populism and Euroscepticism in East-Central Europe. The conceptions are defined and classified. The definitions and classification are based on the works of specialists in political and social science. V4 Countries and their party systems and political processes are considered in the EU context. The newest phenomena are mentioned, including «populism from above» and common disintegration trends.
